Our datacenter is the former Federal Reserve Building in the heart of the city’s central business district. In addition to being one of the most well protected data center locations imaginable, it is also one of the most well-connected, serving as the city’s primary carrier hotel with DWDM connections to another major carrier hotel at 1950 North Stemmons.

The facility is ISO/IEC 27001:2022, NIST Certified, ITAR, GDPR and Data Privacy Framework, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SSAE / SOC1 / SOC2, compliant. We have on-site security, badge entry, and biometric access to datacenter floors.
High Availability Redundant Systems
The datacenter is on the same grid as Dallas 911 and the local hospitals, exempting it from rolling backouts during the extreme hot or cold months. It has a 2N power design, battery backup, N+1 cooling, even a massive water tank in the basement in case the building was ever cut off from city water-- ensuring that the chillers are always running.
