If emails are not sending or receiving:

  1. Verify DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM) in Client Area >> DNS.
  2. Check mailbox quotas in cPanel/Plesk.
  3. Confirm SMTP/IMAP/POP3 server settings in your client.
  4. Contact Zee-Way support if issues persist.
